Many people seem to think that Microsoft Vista stinks...
I bought a new computer last October, and unfortunately it had Vista installed. The practical result of this fact was that much of my existing software refused to work and for example, my 2004 printer was not supported. The scanner was, although it took about 30 emails to sort that out.
There is an organisation attempting to fight Vista: here is the website.
My question for you? Is this GOOD? Is it right that the market-dominating software provider should offer this nonsense that doesn't work properly?
I am increasingly annoyed, angry, frustrated with these people: hardware and software providers who offer "installation in five minutes" and other such falsehoods to the public. In any other industry they wouldn't last five minutes...
How are they able to get away with this criminal misrepresentation?
I'll leave that one with you to ponder.
Until the next time
