Why this Blog?

A place where I can lament the changing times; for eccentric comments on current affairs and for unfashionable views, expressed I hope, in cogent style; also occasional cris de coeur largely concerned, I regret to say, with myself.

Lightning Strikes - In the Wrong Place

Today, the BBC has a short clip of lightning striking St Peter's Basilica in Rome.  Impressive.
I wonder am I being blasphemous in suggesting that God has got this one wrong?  The reason is that I think He might have done better to aim his thunderbolt at that fat yob in North Korea...

Until the next time.

Not blasphemous surely, because weather hasn`t anything to do with fairy tales. Weather exists. Lghtning attracts to conductors. However if god exists we shall prepare for you a catherine wheel
